About me

Moroccan food trailer serving homemade couscous in a French local market

🍴 That’s me, Noura — a Moroccan soul, a mom in France, and a lover of homemade food.

Hi, I’m Noura, originally from Morocco, and I moved to France when I was 17 years old.
Life took me on a beautiful journey — I got married, became a mom to three wonderful children, and slowly built a life full of love, culture, and food.

One of the things I quickly discovered? French people love couscous!
It’s one of their favorite dishes — and that made me smile. Because couscous, for me, is more than food.
It’s memories, tradition, and a big pot full of love.

🌿 How It All Began

My passion for cooking started in my childhood kitchen, helping and watching my mother stir, season, and taste.
But my real culinary adventure began years later in France, when I was working as a cashier in a supermarket.

One day, I brought a large homemade couscous to share with my coworkers. They loved it.
A regular customer even asked if he could place an order —
and that was the very first time I ever sold a dish.
From that day on, everything changed.

🚐 My Mobile Kitchen on the Move

As more and more people started ordering, I took a leap of faith and invested in a mobile food trailer.
Now I travel to different local markets 5 to 6 days a week, sometimes preparing meals at home, sometimes cooking on-site in the early morning.

My trailer isn’t just a kitchen — it’s a little piece of Morocco on wheels, bringing warmth, spice, and joy to the streets.

🌍 Sharing Recipes with the World

At my food stand, I serve Moroccan couscous, crepes, pastries, and other sweets — all

homemade from scratch, using simple ingredients and a lot of heart.
So many people asked me how I cook everything that I decided to create Flavor Recipes.

This website is my way of sharing what I love.
I post easy, quick, and delicious recipes for everyone — whether you’re a beginner or a busy parent.
You don’t need fancy tools or complicated techniques. Just a little passion and a lot of flavor.

I also love to explore recipes from other cultures — American, French, Mediterranean, Spanish, and more — always keeping it simple, budget-friendly, and packed with taste.

💛 Thank You for Being Here

Thank you so much for visiting.
I truly hope you enjoy this journey with me — from market life to home-cooked meals, and everything in between.

Your support means the world to me. Let’s keep sharing love, food, and smiles.
See you soon in my kitchen… or at the market, if you ever visit France! 💛
